The National Grape Harvest Festival Of Mendoza, Argentina

The National Grape Harvest Festival is celebrated in Mendoza, a city that belongs to the wine region of Argentina. It is an annual event that takes place every March. One the first day of March, the festival kicks off with the Blessing of the Fruit. During this event, Mendoza locals thank God for their abundance in grape harvests by offering wine. Gauchos wearing their typical costume also ride horses and parade the streets with a trail of ox carts beside them. On the final three evenings of this event, cultural dancers and musicians gather at the Frank Romero Day Ampitheatre to bring you a sound and light show you’ll never forget.
