Wow! Look so steep and frightening. You had to have a great sense of adventure to take up mountain climbing. Physically fit is extremely important in such an adventure. No doubt mountain climbers must train a lot before starting on their mountain climbing. Working on an elliptical trainer for stronger muscles and stamina should help.

I tried riding a horse once and it tried to bite me… I've never been near a horse since. But my boyfriend's family has a ranch and a lot of horses and we will be visiting there in a few months. I just wanna learn some basics so that when we ride a horse I'll not be a total idiot…

I truly believe that a horse can sense your emotions- whether you are afraid or confident. And if you are afraid, he'll go out of control causing problems to your horse back riding or worse, you might fall from your horse.

Johnson was noted for his unique running style. I adore his excellence and dedication to run so fast. I like his reaction at the end. He didn't appear cocky at all. He looked really humble of his victory. That was a historical finish! He was the best of them all, no doubt.
